Prices listed on our website are final and non-negotiable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
Products are shipped from Chennai using fully insured couriers.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for courier-related delays.

4. Order Verification & Quality Control

Every order is video-recorded before dispatch for quality assurance.
Diamonds are checked thoroughly to ensure they match your order.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits.
This policy prevents fraud and unauthorized modifications.

6. Issue Resolution & Claims

Raise any complaint via email within 3 hours of receiving your order.
You must record an unboxing video with audio explaining the issue.
Claims raised after 3 hours will not be accepted.

7. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, India.
Legal proceedings, if any, will be handled in Chennai courts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zuriaa.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased diamond.
We are not responsible for any health hazard caused by lab-grown diamonds.

9. Amendments

Zuriaa.com may update these terms without prior notice.
